Forget all the diets and articles you see in those fitness magazines. They are ˜easy-way-out’ false methods. There is one principle that governs weight loss and allows anybody to trim down and that is burn more calories then you consume and you will lose weight. Do not endanger our health by cutting out factors of your diet, just eat controllably and exercise. Follow these weight loss steps for guaranteed results.

  1. Count how many calories you eat in a normal day, without trying to lose weight. At the end of the day, add up the number of calories you ate/drank in order to get an average of what you consume daily. Also, weigh yourself.

  2. For the rest of the week, try eating healthier and approximately 500 calories less per day.
  3. Try to eat 5 smaller meals per day rather than your usual routine. If you eat these meals at spread out intervals you increase your metabolism.
  4. Letting a diet do all the work is the wrong way to go. You must put in some effort and time for cardio exercises. Jog, walk, swim, jump rope, ride a bike, take an aerobics class, whatever you want, cardio will strip the fat. Do 30 minutes a day, 3 - 5 days a week, depending on how much you want to lose. If you only want to lose a few pounds then 3 times a week is sufficient.
  5. I bet if you weigh yourself at the end of a strict week on this program you will have lost something. Not much, but easily enough to motivate you to continue. Good luck!
